Introduction

AwareFlow™ is private by design. This policy explains what we (SnapHabit LLC) do — and don’t do — with data when you use our iOS app and this website.

Core Principles

App Permissions & Why We Ask

All permissions are optional. iOS will show a system prompt and you can change your choices anytime in Settings.

Tip: You can review or change any permission in Settings → AwareFlow.

Apple Privacy Manifest (iOS)

We declare the system APIs we access and why. AwareFlow’s manifest indicates:

We also declare background task identifiers and categories such as audio/processing/fetch, and mark that the app does not use non-exempt encryption beyond standard platform safeguards.

What Data We Store

Website Data

We aim to minimize collection on this site. We do not run ad beacons, remarketing pixels, or cross-site trackers. We do not use Google Analytics here.

The site may use strictly necessary cookies (e.g., for PWA install). We do not use cookies to profile or track you.

Crash & Performance

We are not currently using third-party analytics. If we add privacy-respecting crash or performance telemetry in the future, it will be:

Any change will be reflected both in-app and on this page.

Data Retention & Deletion

App data (like optional notes you choose to save) lives on your device. Deleting the app removes this data unless you exported it elsewhere. You may also delete in-app content at any time.

Your Rights

If any personal information is ever collected or becomes associated with you, you may request access or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We’ll respond promptly and honor valid requests.

Depending on your region, you may have additional rights under local law (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GDPR). Contact us and we’ll help.

Children

AwareFlow™ is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. Because detection runs on-device and audio is not uploaded, exposure risk is minimized by design. You can add an extra layer by enabling the optional Face ID “App Lock.”

Changes to This Policy

We’ll update this page if our practices change. Significant changes will be clearly noted with an effective date.

Effective date: 2025-09-17
